Potty Products Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Potty Products ("Company") and the subscriber ("Subscriber") who wishes to enroll in the Potty Products subscription service ("Service"). By subscribing to the Service, Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Subscription Details:
• The Service offers a monthly subscription at a rate of $4.99.
• Subscribers are entitled to free shipping on one order per month.
• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.
• The Subscription is for 1 year
Payment Terms:
• Subscription payments will be automatically debited from the Subscriber's account 7 days before their selected delivery/shipping date.
• Payment failure will result in subscription cancellation if not resolved within the 7-day period.
Delivery/Shipping Dates:
• Subscribers can choose between two delivery/shipping dates: the 1st or the 15th of each month.
• Subscribers' selected delivery/shipping date will be used to schedule the automatic payment and shipment.
Bundles and Discounts:
• Subscribers can choose to purchase products individually or in bundles.
• Discounts on products are only available when purchased in bundles.
• Choosing a bundle or customizing a bundle will provide discounts on the included products.
Subscription Management:
• Subscribers can manage their subscription, including bundle selection and delivery/shipping date changes, through their online account.
Cancellation and Re-Enrollment:
• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time before the payment is processed for the next shipment.
• Cancellations made after payment processing will be effective for the following month's shipment.
• Subscribers may re-register for the service to receive the next month's delivery/shipping option.
Payment Failure and Account Suspension:
• Payment failure on consecutive occasions may result in an account suspension.
• Suspended accounts will be denied access to the subscription service until payment issues are resolved.
One Year Anniversary Discount:
• Subscribers who have received 11 successful monthly delivery/shipping services will receive a 50% discount on their 11th month's order, which falls on the 1-year anniversary month.
• The subscriber will be notified during the month prior to their 1-year anniversary.
Communication:
• Potty-Products may communicate important subscription-related information through email or the subscriber's online account.
Limitation of Liability:
• Potty-Products shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the subscription service.
Governing Law:
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
Entire Agreement:
• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
